Under bilateral agreement on technical co-operation between govt of india and germany have started what's called central tool room. Ctr has the latest tool manufacturing and training facilities. It helps industries to increase their competency and improve quality with the latest technology. The action of ctr include technical consultancy,manufacturing of toolings, specialized machining, design of toolings, training, heat treatment, etc. It offers guidance in planning, design and manufacturing of tools as per the latest international standards and methods. For small-scale units an attractive opportunity is offered. The design department is equipped with computer aided design and development of moulds, fixtures,press tools, die casting dies, jigs, gauges and component drawings etc. Tools related innovation for improved product design is also an activity of design department. Ctr provides services to electronics and electrical industry,sanitary industry, automobile industry, office equipment industry, farm equipment industry, bicycle industry, sewing machine industry, textile and hosiery industry, railways, and switch gears.
